KESA is a 17′ LOA peapod based on the Cape Split design available from Mystic Seaport. Construction is strip-planked, covered with glass cloth and epoxy below the waterline. Topsides are glued-lap sapele plywood. The boat is a capable near-coastal cruiser and is a past veteran of many Small Reach Regattas. An ideal boat for the Maine Island Trail.
